What we collect
Walkthrough requests collect a name, work email, and facility. The contact form collects a name, email, and message. Hosting providers may also process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Do not submit protected health information.
This website is not part of the future clinical application. Never submit resident names, records, credentials, clinical details, or other PHI through a marketing form.
Who may process it
Service providers that host the website or process its forms, and parties required by law. Everstead does not sell submitted contact information.
How long it is kept
Only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, onboarding planning, security, legal obligations, or a request to stop contact.
Choices and questions
You may ask what business contact information Everstead holds, request a correction or deletion, or ask not to be contacted again.
Use the contact form and identify the request as a privacy question. Everstead will verify the request using the email address involved.
This site does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
