Walkthrough requests collect a name, work email, and facility. The contact form collects a name, email, and message. Hosting providers may also process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Do not submit protected health information.
This website is not part of the future clinical application. Never submit resident names, records, credentials, clinical details, or other PHI through a marketing form.
